I'm on the Lindy's Design Team in 2018!

Hi crafty friends!
Today I've hugeee news!!!
So excited to tell you that i chosen to be a new DT girl for the amazing Lindy's stamp gang company!! i love them products so much and happy to be your new video teacher. i'll hope you like my videos and my inspiration for you.

In 2018 I will be working with these super talented artists on the Lindy’s Stamp Gang Design Team. Lindy’s decided to have a huge team for next year and to have three different Design Teams - Ambassador, Video and Photo! I’ve been chosen to be on the VIDEO Team!

I can’t wait to show you all, some of my amazing ideas for using Lindy’s sprays, embossing powders and paints.

76th birthday

Hi guys!

Today I share with you a quick Mixed Media card that i prepared for my mother in law for her 76th birthday!

Unfortunately, I did not have much time to prepare it, but she is such a good and special woman that I couldn't come empty-handed and tried to make her a little something attached to a bouquet of purple&yellow flowers.

She appreciated it so much and it delighted her very very much that it was so worth the effort!

The secret garden

Hi crafty friends!

Today I want to share with you a layout that i called "The Secret Garden".
I found a free picture on the net that immediatly made me want to make this layout.
It's already autumn but we're here still pretty hot and cozy now, I have to admit it's really nice but everybody need some winter. Where is he?!

As with any my layouts, I like to use many layers to create interest. This time my main layer was the Chipboards's KoraProjects that suited me exactly what I wanted, and even grasses that use miniatures.
I enjoyed and prepared you "step by step" video if you want to get some inspiration or even prepare yourself for it.

תגיות או לא להיות

אני נורא אוהבת להכין תגיות. אומנם מודה שאין יותר מדי מה לעשות איתן ברמת השימושיות, אבל הן דקורציה עיצובית לכל פינה, קטנות ומשמחות והכי כיף להכין אותן כשלחוצים בזמן ועדיין קשה לוותר על שעת יצירה.
אז איך מצליחים להכניס קומפוזיציה שלימה במקום כל כך קטן?
נשמע פשוט, אבל מסתבר שלא. הן רק נראות תמימות :)
ובכל זאת, זו ממש לא תורה מסיני וכל אחת יכולה בקלות להכין תגית מהממת.

כמה דברים שצריך בעיניי לשים עליהם דגש כדי להגיע לקומפוזיציה נכונה באיזור קטן כמו תגית:
1. הכל מתחיל מהאלמנט המרכזי. אל תנסו לבחור פריטים יפים לתגית בלי מחשבה. תבחרו אלמנט אחד בלבד שיהיה המוקד העיקרי בעיצוב. זה יכול להיות פרח/קבוצת פרחים, מסגרת יפה, תמונה או אפילו מקלות קינמון (ראו בהמשך דוגמא לכזו תגית) :)
כל דבר נוסף שתוסיפו לאלמנט המרכזי, מטרתו לתמוך ולהקפיץ לעין את האלמנט המרכזי.
2. בחירת צבעוניות. צבע זה עניין של טעם והעדפה. אפשר לעשות ולנסות שילובים שונים ומשונים, אבל חשוב תמיד לחשוב על מיזוג צבעים. גם אם בחרתם רקע לתגית בצבע מסויים, תדאגו שהצבע יחזור על עצמו בוריאציה מסויימת גם בקומפוזיציה של האלמנט המרכזי.
3. גודל ובחירת אלמנטים. רצוי לבחור אלמנטים שונים, גדלים שונים עם טקסטורות שונות. לשלב אלמנטים מנייר, מתכות, חיתוכי עץ, חיתוכי צ'יפבורד, חוטים, בדים וכו'. המטרה היא לא להעמיס את כולם יחד, ולא לשים בכל עבודה מהכל כולל הכל, אלא לבחור לפחות 2-3 אלמנטים מסוגים שונים. הטקסטורה תהיה עשירה יותר והעבודה תהיה מעניינת יותר לעין.
4. גימורים. לאחר שהצלחתם לשחק עם האלמנטים, להדגיש ו"להרים" לאלמנט המרכזי, כל הקומפוזיציה נעימה לעין ומודבקת, רצוי ליצור איחוד בין הכל. הדרך הקלה והטובה ביותר למזג בצורה עדינה בין הכל, היא שימוש בג'סו לבן.
מעט מריחה וטפטופי ג'סו מהול במעט מים, יעשו את העבודה הרמונית יותר. ניתן להוסיף גם פיגמנטים, צבעים, אבקות ומשחות, אבל בהחלט לא חובה.

הנושא שנבחר לאתגר בדף הפייסבוק הוא לא אחר מאשר תגיות.
מטרת האתגר היא להתאמן על קומפוזיציה באיזור קטן ע"י דגש על האלמנט המרכזי.
את האלמנט המרכזי אפשר להכין לבד, לקנות מוכן או לשדרג משהו קיים.
